Direction Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC) is centrally located at the Nepal’s biggest business complex “United World Trade Center” in Tripureswor, Kathmandu, Nepal. Spread over an entire floor, DECC covers 25,450 square feet area, which has been divided and developed into different utility sections to offer our clients, all types of facilities required to successfully conduct any kind of event, exhibitions, trade fairs and seminars as per their concept.
Key Features
Exhibition Hall
A spectacular exhibition hall that has ability to accommodate varieties of trade fairs and exhibitions, exhibition hall at DECC covers area of 12,000 sq.ft. on a single floor. The whole hall is able to house up to 70 standard shell scheme booths (3m x 3m). Alternatively, stalls of different sizes and design can also be fabricated as per the requirement.
Seminar/ Banquet Hall
1650 sq.ft Seminar cum Banquet hall at DECC has the flexibility where it can be accommodated for different functions such as seminars, meetings, and conferences for around 100 – 150 persons. Above all it is fully equipped with sound system, AC including telephone and Internet connection.
Food Outlet
Located at the most convenient place at DECC, the food outlet over here including kitchen is 2425 sq.ft and has a capacity to cater to 100 people at a time. Having tea or coffee break at this outlet guarantees your freshness. Moreover, the kitchen is especially designed to cater to more than 1000 people visiting the fairs and expos.
VIP Lounge
It is a special suite for VIP’s and significant guests to take their rest or to have private chats. This VIP Lounge is fully facilitated with internet and telephone connectivity.
Business to Business Chambers
12 fully facilitated Business to business chambers at DECC is a perfect meeting place for private business conversations. These chambers can be used by the exhibitors to set up their temporary office to conduct business activities with the potential clients visiting the expo. Further more, any organization willing to setup temporary office for specific period B 2 B chambers are more convenient and feasible with all required facilities to execute an office.
Business Center
It is a centre where secretariat services are provided such as faxing, photocopying, required stationary materials and information inquiries for the customer conveniences. Moreover, visitors may acquire more information about the facilities and services offered before blocking for a reservation. Business Centre offers complimentary in using Internet connection for business transactions or surfing with the computers provided. Therefore, DECC is one stop centre which may offer efficiently to visitors in gaining information sufficiently.

Liaison Office
Apart from that, DECC has also set up a Liaison Office, which can be used by the event organizers for conducting expos and fairs in our venue.
Media Centre
Media being important part of any business, we take an initiation to develop a media room. For more convenience to the journalist visiting DECC can find our services and facilities at media room outstanding.
Lobby / Open Lounge
DECC lobby is a space we may tender to client who wish to have an open area permanent displays. This is the space where interested company can advertise and promote their products and services. Moreover, this space could be used as a lounge to have a tea with the spectacular view.

Multipurpose Hall
DECC’s Multipurpose hall of 1350 sq. feet area with capacity of maximum 120 person is a perfect hall for any programs from conducting press conferences, Annual General Meeting to lunching new products, showing documentaries and performing simple cultural programs.
